These Terms govern your use of www.mileageguru.com, an independent motorcycle and scooter information website for Indian buyers. “MileageGuru,” “we,” and “us” mean the team operating the website.

By browsing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Creating an account requires a separate confirmation that you are at least 18 and accept the current Terms.

MileageGuru provides editorial information and discovery tools. We are not a motorcycle manufacturer, dealer, lender, insurer, broker, or vehicle marketplace. No vehicle sale, reservation, loan, or insurance contract is made with MileageGuru through this website.

You must be at least 18 to create an account or submit a public rider review. Give us an accurate name and email address, keep your password confidential, and tell us through the Contact page if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

An account lets you submit a rider review. The current site allows one review per account for each bike. Your email and password are not shown with your public review.

You may use MileageGuru for personal research about motorcycles and scooters. You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Submit fake reviews, impersonate someone, manipulate ratings, or post spam.
• Probe, disrupt, damage, or bypass the security of the website or its services.
• Use scraping, bots, or other automated means to copy or collect website content at scale without our written permission.
• Republish substantial parts of MileageGuru’s editorial content or media for commercial use without permission.

Submit reviews based on your genuine experience. Do not include another person’s private information, unlawful content, threats, discriminatory abuse, or content you do not have the right to share. Reviews may appear publicly with your account name and any city, rating, headline, text, and tag you provide.

You keep ownership of a review you write. By submitting it, you give MileageGuru a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, format, display, and distribute that review as part of operating and presenting the website. We may use service providers to host and deliver it. This permission ends when the review is removed, except for copies retained in backups or records where reasonably necessary.

Contact us if you want to correct or remove a review. We may decline, edit for presentation, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. A bike suggestion or message does not guarantee that MileageGuru will publish or act on it.

We work to keep reviews, specifications, prices, variants, mileage figures, service details, and comparisons clear and current. Manufacturers and dealers can change specifications, prices, availability, and features; real-world mileage and ownership experiences also vary.

The website is for general information and research, not a guarantee, mechanical inspection, financial recommendation, or substitute for a manufacturer or authorized dealer. Confirm current specifications, on-road price, availability, warranty, safety, and service details with the relevant manufacturer or authorized dealership before making a decision.

Rider reviews are the opinions of their authors. Their display on MileageGuru does not mean we independently verify or endorse every statement in them.

MileageGuru and its licensors retain rights in the website, its design, name, logo, software, and original editorial content. Motorcycle brand names, logos, photographs, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may link to public pages and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution, but not republish substantial content or use our brand in a way that implies sponsorship.

MileageGuru pages may link to or embed content from services such as YouTube, X/Twitter, and Instagram. Those services are operated by others and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, content, or data practices. A link or embed is not an endorsement of the third party.

We may add, change, pause, or remove site features and editorial content. We may hide or remove a submission, restrict a feature, or suspend an account when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain an account restriction and provide a route to contact us.

You can stop using the website at any time. To request account closure or removal of account information, contact us using the privacy-request option on the Contact page.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MileageGuru is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every page, figure, or feature will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent a limitation is permitted, MileageGuru will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information.

These Terms and the linked Privacy Policy describe the terms that apply to your use of MileageGuru. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If we do not enforce a provision straight away, that does not waive our ability to enforce it later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights or forum protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms as the website changes. We will change the “Last updated” date and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the website; where applicable law requires fresh acceptance, we will ask for it before continued account use.
